FILM CONTAINER RECYCLING PROGRAM

The Film Container Recycling Program is designed to help photofinishers recycle their plastic and metal waste from 35mm film processing which includes  canisters, lids, spools, and cartridges.   Photographic processing facilities reduce their overall process waste, and waste is diverted from landfills.  

To participate in the program, follow the directions below:

Collect the following items to be recycled:
•Plastic 35mm Film cans/lids
•35mm magazines/spools
•120/220 Spools
•Plastic Core Plugs
•110 & 126 Cartridges
•Disc
•Advantix Film Cartridges  (keep separate when possible)
•Single Use Cameras

Labs processing less than 250 rolls per day can ship via UPS or take the package to any mail service center such as Mail Boxes Etc.  The lab is responsible for any UPS Charges
Labs processing more than 250 rolls per day can use a Trucking Company of their choice or choose to participate in our Milk Run Pick Up Program. If you choose to use a trucking company of your choice, the lab is responsible for the freight. To see how our program can benefit your company, call and ask us about our Milk Run Pick Up Program. The Bill of Lading must specify to call 1-800-777-7644 for a dock appointment for delivery.
